Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser in the evening. Diffuse 30 minutes before bedtime to signal your body it's time to wind down.
Dilute 2 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil (jojoba or fractionated coconut). Apply to wrists, temples, or the back of your neck.
Mix 6 drops with 1 cup Epsom salt before adding to bath. Never add essential oils directly to bathwater without a dispersant.
